Ash Samuels is a D.C. Based, Caribbean-American Visual Artist. Ash currently does freelance illustration, and works at Capital Murals, receiving their BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design. They have previously worked as a TV Production Intern at DreamWorks Animation Studios.
Ash's work explores otherworldly spaces, centered around themes of childhood, escapism, and our timeless inclination towards storytelling, mythology, and the fantastical. In their free time, they enjoy podcasts, handcrafts, birdwatching, and working with parrots!
